Carrie Silva Joins as Agent Experience Leader in Lodi
Carrie Silva’s real estate journey began long before she ever imagined a career in the industry. In her early 20s, she worked at Lodi Memorial Hospital in the surgery department, where she learned the importance of precision, service, and teamwork. While she loved the fast-paced environment, she knew a traditional academic path wasn’t for her.
Encouraged by her husband, Carrie pursued real estate, a decision that would shape the next two decades of her life.
She joined REMAX in May of 2000 and sold her first home within a week. After briefly trying new home sales, Carrie quickly realized her strengths were better suited to resale, where she could work directly with clients and stay actively engaged. Early success on a team introduced her to the power of collaboration, a theme that continues to define her leadership today.
In 2008, Carrie made a decisive move to REMAX Gold. The brand’s professionalism, support, and opportunity felt like home. Though she hadn’t planned to start a team, it naturally grew through relationships, trust, and shared goals.
Now stepping into the role of agent experience leader in Lodi, Carrie brings a leadership style rooted in support and connection. She understands that real estate can feel isolating, even for experienced agents, and she is committed to creating a positive, collaborative office culture where agents feel encouraged, valued, and never alone.

Outside of real estate, Carrie enjoys baking, spending time with her family, including her two daughters and two grandsons, and loves rooting for the 49ers!
