Aley Guerra : Celebrating Growth, Creativity, and Heart in the Woodland Office
In just seven months with REMAX, Aley Guerra has become an invaluable part of the Woodland office, bringing creativity, organization, and genuine care to everything she does. Before joining the company, she worked in property management for two years, a role that introduced her to the human side of real estate as she connected with tenants and heard their stories. That experience sparked her interest in the industry and eventually guided her to REMAX Gold.
As an Office Administrator, Aley’s day-to-day is a mix of communication, coordination, and creativity. Her mornings begin with reviewing emails and checking in with agents before she transitions into marketing and administrative tasks. She designs flyers, business cards, email signatures, and helps agents bring their promotional ideas to life. Along with supporting business needs, she organizes meetings, potlucks, gift exchanges, office fundraisers, and holiday events. One of her recent favorites was assembling a cookie-jar-themed raffle basket for an office fundraiser, a project that let her tap into her creative side.
For Aley, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing agents’ success and feeling appreciated for the work she does behind the scenes. “Even the smallest things I do, they show so much gratitude,” she says. “It reminds me how much of an asset I am to the office.”

Outside of work, Aley is devoted to her family and spends most of her free time with her nieces and nephews.
