With more than 20 years of experience in operations and financial processing, Leslie Stauber built her career in the insurance industry before joining REMAX Gold. She spent 15 years with eHealth, moving from accounting support into leadership as a supervisor and manager. Her work centered on reconciling carrier statements, analyzing commission payments, and overseeing the transition from spreadsheets to a fully integrated accounting system: complex work that sharpened both her technical skills and her adaptability.
But after years in a fast-paced, ever-changing corporate environment, Leslie was ready for something different. She wanted a strong company that still felt personal. When she joined REMAX Gold in 2020, she found exactly that. “It’s big, but it feels like a family,” she said.

Today, as an Accounting Administrator, Leslie handles accounts receivable for REMAX Gold, ensuring billings run smoothly, and agent statements are sent out each month. She also assists with agent questions, demands, courier bags, and anything else the team needs. “We all wear a lot of hats, but the difference here is that everyone truly works together.”
The teamwork and culture are what she finds most rewarding. “It’s a wonderful company with great people and real opportunities to grow,” she said.

Outside the office, Leslie enjoys long-distance tandem biking with her husband, baking, sewing, and quilting.
