With over 20 years of real estate experience, Robin Rowland knows a thing or two about what makes a brokerage successful. She had always been curious about what REMAX could provide for her team, but it wasn’t until recently she decided to sit down and have a conversation.

Robin’s team began organically where she met Ursula Bahamondes, a new agent at the time, and immediately found they worked well together. “It felt like the right time to mentor somebody because I’ve had some amazing mentors in my life, and it just felt like it was time to give back,” Robin said.

When it comes to being a team leader, Robin encourages her team to lean into the activities that bring them joy. That way everyone excels, her team can help each other, and all excel in a way that is authentic to them.
Robin believes that real estate is less about selling a house and more about helping people navigate important life transitions. While buying or selling a home is a major milestone in itself, it is often connected to other significant changes happening in a person's life.
"My favorite part is helping people feel less overwhelmed by putting a strategy together and making the path to their next chapter feel clearer," Robin said. "It thrills me beyond belief to get results for them."
