RE/MAX Hall of Fame: Gidget Foat

May 16, 2018

RE/MAX Gold attracts the best, most productive agents in our region. The Hall of Fame award recognizes Associates who’ve earned more than $1 million in gross commissions with RE/MAX. We will be sharing some of our RE/MAX Gold award recipients in the coming weeks to highlight their achievements.

This week’s Hall of Fame member is Gidget Foat from our El Dorado Hills office.

Gidget has been a part of the real estate industry for over 15 years now. She has spent the last 6 years calling RE/MAX Gold home, and we are so glad she is a part of Gold Nation!

But real estate hasn’t always been Gidget’s line of work. After earning a bachelors degree in criminal justice, Gidget began a career working with the Department of Corrections as a Correctional Officer for 14 years. While she loved the opportunity to wear a badge, she retired her career in 2012 to pursue her dream of working in real estate full time. Even now as she continues to grow her business, she says she doesn’t consider real estate to be her job, but rather a lifestyle that she loves and works hard on.

Gidget says she hopes to keep accomplishing more in her career so she is able to give more, as she is a supporter of Children’s Miracle Network.

When she is not working, Gidget likes to spend her time fishing, camping and biking.
