Brad Vondrak Named Realtor® of the Year in Tuolomne County

We want to congratulate Brad Vondrak, from the Sonora office, on being named “Realtor® of the Year” by Tuolomne County Association of Realtors®. Brad is the second RE/MAX Gold agent to win this award in the past 3 years. To have two members of this office hold this title is a great achievement for the Sonora office, which is one of our smaller offices in terms of agents.
What makes this award so significant is not only that Brad is an esteemed member of Gold Nation, but also because he is still relatively new to the field, just recently completing his second year as a Realtor®.
“It’s common that these awards are usually like Lifetime Achievement awards, so it’s rare to see a newer agent receive it,” says Steve Davies, Sonora Office Manager. “This is a true testament to Brad’s dedication to his team, association, and community.” RE/MAX Gold Vice President of Risk Management, Vern Hansen—who is also Brad’s godfather, adds: “Brad is a fabulous young man and we are really proud. It took me 15 years to be named Realtor® of the Year.; it only took Brad a two years and two months.”
Brad’s team leader, Gina Aubrey-Wertz, advocated for him to be considered for the award. In a letter of recommendation, Gina thoughtfully detailed why Brad deserved to be recognized among his peers.

Gina goes on to describe a personal crisis in her life where Brad took the initiative to help out. Gina says that without the hard work and selflessness displayed by Brad, she would have lost her whole business. “So when it comes to outstanding leadership and significant contributions to the real estate industry and community,” Gina says, “I feel with my whole heart that Brad Vondrak easily deserves this award over and over.”
Brad is an active member of the community. He and his wife teach Sunday School at their church, and also volunteer at the school where his wife, Nicole, teaches Kindergarten.
