We're gearing up for the September episode of Coffee with the Co-Brokers with your hosts Bev Kendall, Anthony James, and Tim Yee who will discuss the new FHDS form. This important advisory and disclosure is a new statutory requirement for all residential 1-4 transactions that are located in a high or very high severity fire zone.

Special Guest Deputy Fire Chief, Frank Bigalow, from Cal Fire will also be joining the conversation to help us better understand the new state defensible space law that kicked in on July 1st, 2021.
