Jennifer Mosher - A Career of Growth and Service

For more than 20 years, Jennifer Mosher has been an essential part of REMAX Gold, building a career defined by adaptability, dedication, and service.

Her journey began when she joined as a receptionist at the Folsom Service Center. From there, she steadily took on new responsibilities: service center administrator, executive assistant to the broker, and later marketing manager. Along the way, she also gained experience in accounting, property management, facilities, and commissions, often stepping into roles temporarily but mastering each one.

After a brief time away working in the mortgage industry and earning a degree in medical billing and coding, Jennifer returned to REMAX Gold: a decision that felt natural. “Something has always drawn me back,” she explains. “This company feels like family. I’ve learned so much here, and I’ve always felt supported.”

Today, Jennifer serves in a dual leadership role as Director of Facilities and Commissions. She has the pleasure of working with our administrators and leaders to make sure our offices are always looking their best as well as working with our in house accounting team to serve our agents.

For Jennifer, the most rewarding part of her work is the relationships she’s built. “I’ve always been a giver,” she says. “Seeing people happy and supported makes me happy, too.”

Outside of work, Jennifer treasures time with her four children, whether watching her son’s football games, grabbing a coffee, or gathering for family dinners.
