For over a decade, Daniela Mauga has been a steady force behind the scenes in real estate. With a background in transaction coordination and administrative support, she has built her career on organization, teamwork, and genuine care for those around her. When she joined REMAX Gold a year ago, it didn’t take long for her to become the heart of the Fair Oaks office.
Daniela takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly from ensuring files are complete as a transaction coordinator. to keeping the office clean, stocked, and welcoming as the office administrator. “I want our agents to feel like this is their second home,” she says. “They work hard for their clients, and I love being able to support them in every way I can.”
Her efforts go beyond paperwork. Daniela creates a warm, family-like atmosphere where agents often gather for lunch at the large tables she brought from home. “It’s like a family-style lunch,” she shares. “Everyone sits together, talks business, and supports each other. It’s special.”

Originally from the Bay Area, Daniela moved to Lincoln, California in 2019 for a quieter pace of life and now enjoys exploring the nearby trails in Auburn with her husband of 25 years.
