Stephenie Flood Celebrates 25 Years at RE/MAX Gold

On March 21, we celebrate 25 years of Stephenie Flood with RE/MAX Gold! Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations, there is no other individual who understands the inner workings of Gold Nation better than her. She has helped lead the company to become the #1 RE/MAX in the world while connecting individually with agents, spearheading the Children’s Miracle Network initiative for RE/MAX Gold, and leading through unprecedented times during the pandemic.
In 1997, Stephenie began her career with RE/MAX Gold as a receptionist. As the years continued, she grew professionally and consistently expanded her roles. She has worked in each of RE/MAX Gold’s operations departments throughout her tenure, leaving every step in her path better than how she found it. Stephenie’s visionary leadership has not only elevated her career but led Gold Nation to reach new heights and progress with a bright future ahead. Many agents may know and recognize her as the co-host of MEC, RE/MAX Gold’s agent development and education series that was launched in 2016. She is the co-host of The Juggernaut Podcast and MEC “Wins”Day. Through these programs and productions, all are able to see and experience her dedication and passion to help agents excel and reach their highest potential.
Stephenie’s influence reaches beyond Gold Nation. She is a Women’s Council of Realtors member and featured on the Women of Influence 2021 list from Housing Wire. She oversees and is the visionary of the company’s partnership with Children’s Miracle Network, raising over $1.56M since 2015. Stephenie is a shining example to women across the industry of real estate leadership.
Stephenie is a proud native of Sacramento, graduating from Kennedy High School. As a single mother, she has raised two incredible daughters, Kiana, Chico State Class of 2021, and Brielle, studying at Sonoma State University. Even a world-class leader like Stephenie takes the time to relax and have some fun. You can always find Stephenie cheering on her favorite sports teams, particularly the San Francisco Giants, Sacramento Kings, and Las Vegas Raiders! Stephenie loves to travel, enjoys her relaxation at the beach and Mexico, and knows how to have fun at Disneyland!
